Forgive me Blog

Okay, so I guess I should never commit to doing something every day other than breathing and brushing my teeth (okay, maybe just breathing). Committing to something every day is an invitation for failure in my world. The picture a day was going strong while I didn't have a life. Then, suddenly, I had a friend in town and ditched my photo-a-day in exchange for forgetting what day it is, waking up at a decent hour, and living out of my backpack. So, alas, I am back and with this entry; a photo summary of the last 2 1/2 weeks of life for this teacher in Thailand.

My first morning in my apartment I sat on my balcony with a cup of tea and listened to this. It felt so peaceful and calming. Naturally, now when I awake at 4:30 in the morning to this sound I shut the windows and groan something like, 'fucking mosque'.
